Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.

How to Use

Shake well before each use. Apply 3–4 drops to clean face and neck, then gently press and smooth into the skin.

Use morning and evening before moisturizer. During the day, follow with sunscreen.

The layers will naturally separate again when the bottle rests. This is normal and part of the bi-phase design.
