All Qualerex Beauty products are made to order, with a processing time of 2–5 business days.
Free Shipping orders will be shipped via a carrier of our choice. You may also select a paid shipping option at checkout.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes.
If a package is refused or abandoned, the carrier may dispose of the shipment, and a refund will not be issued.
For clients looking to reduce international shipping costs, a U.S.-based package forwarding service may be used.
These services provide a U.S. shipping address where your order can be delivered first. From there, multiple purchases can be consolidated and forwarded internationally—often resulting in lower overall shipping costs.
When using a forwarding service, your order qualifies for U.S. free shipping, allowing you to take advantage of this option before forwarding your package internationally.

When using a package forwarding service, the service provider acts as your shipping partner once the order is delivered to their facility.
