The Argan Lip Balm will solidify after it is placed at room temperature for a few hours. The shape of the lip balm will change after being melted and resolidified; however, it can still be used. We do not replace melted products. Consider the Lip Booster as an alternative lip-pampering product that is not heat-sensitive.
